It is worth the wait.
The more it ripens, the more it improves.
After three months from roasting, it’s richer than ever.
We have in our hands an amazing Colombian coffee produced by the Arhuaco indigenous people.
Coffee is everywhere in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, their native land in northern Colombia. Altitude and temperature make growing excellent coffee much easier, which is a major source of income for the inhabitants of the area. Every little farm has its own glade of coffee trees and produces their own personal supply. It is not unusual to see the coffee growing in the small garden behind the house, near the animals raised for family subsistence.
