SIGEP 2019 is coming!
As usual, Pascucci plays at home here and always introduces great news during this worldwide known event, regarded as the most important in the food sector.
From 19 to 23 January at Fiera di Rimini you will find us in HALL SUD STAND 023.
This year we have created a stand which will propose a tour within the Pascucci world. This journey takes place through 4 stations, in which the common theme is the specialization pushed to the extreme:
- Espresso area: this area is made up of an XLVI counter and a Marzocco Leva on the XLVI base. The technology made for a meticulous water filtration, a micrometer-ish grinding and a perfectly adjustable espresso brewing turns the concept into a very innovative service within a mature and widespread sector.
- Moka area: an area dedicated to the Moka, shows this instrument to the food service public and our passion to spread its culture as well. An array of Mokas directly served on the counter meet “affogato”, the typical Italian way to mix coffee and ice cream. This area is a natural evolution of the “Moka Maria” counter .
- Specialty area: the “Specialty counter” is also taken to extreme by an eight silos Azomico XLVI. The station is dedicated to the filtered and technologically enriched to brew special coffees by alternative systems. These elements turns specialty coffees and leave infusions brewed at the time into the main attraction of the area.
- Cold drinks area: the Moka Nitro and Cold Brew area works with cold coffees in a very simple way, yet revolutionary. Nitrogenated siphons are shown on a dedicated counter. Completed by beverages iced teas, juices and blends of Kombucha, this area experiences the extreme cold thanks to the use of gross ice in direct contact.
