Live the experience of the Sensory Educational Training of Cup Of Excellence that is taking place from 9 to 12 October in Monte Cerignone!

 

• Day 1 (October 9, 2018)

Sensory Educational Training organized by Cup of Excellence in Monte Cerignone has begun today.

The first day was dedicated to calibrate the sense of smell and, later, the palate

 

• Day 2 (October 10, 2018)

The Cup of Excellence training get into full swing!

After analyzing how to correctly fill in the tasting evaluation data sheet, we moved on to the real tasting.

The final comparison was a precious moment of growth and enrichment for all the guys.

 

• Day 3 (October 11, 2018)

Tasting, tasting and tasting again!

A busy schedule of Cup of Excellence coffees tasting has put a strain on the sense of smell and palate of the attendees.

A really challenging day but the boys came out of it with the satisfaction and the awareness of having significantly increased their sensory abilities.

 

• Day 4 (October 12, 2018)

All good things come to an end!

The last day of the Sensory Educational Training by Cup of Excellence saw the students face and successfully pass the final exam.

It was a wonderful experience for many people: from the students to the teachers, to all those who gave help to organize the event … but above all it was a success for us, because we could realize the dream of bringing in our little town a top notch course never helded before in Europe!
