These are the new days of the SCA course, Grinding and Brewing module, intermediate level, in our new headquarters in Misano Adriatico, Via Larga 60!

The course will take place each day from 9:30 am to 5 pm, and you will have the opportunity to access advanced extraction techniques and the science of grinding.

Your trainer will be Eddy Righi, vice Italian champion Brewers Cup, with 7 years experience on this module.
